I’m happy to tell you I had a baby boy. He was born on the same date as fellow August Strindberg. He even has that same kind of vacant stare as August does in this photo.
Anyhow, due to this my hands are kind of full for some time but believe me, I’ll be back sooner than you’ll ever think.

I had the privilege to see Ravi Shankar perform at the Barbican in 2008. I remember he then thought it would be his last show in London but he kept at it. Until the very last breath. Until today.

Around this time last year I spent all my waking hours in my studio in Gothenburg putting the final touch on ‘Pale Fire’. Many times I felt like Sisyphus - struggling just to find the work had to be redone again and again. Looking back on that today is one of the many reasons I feel so damn good about this record. But most of all I’m so incredibly happy for all the love it’s been getting so far. Thank you all for taking it to your heart!

I’m happy to present(via NPR) what is the 2nd single from ‘Pale Fire’ - it’s called ‘Hold Off The Dawn’ and it was initially inspired by the Apache leader Geronimo who was believed to have numerous special powers, one of which was being able to hold off the dawn.
You know the feeling when you’re with the one you love. When you wished you had the power to stop time. Stay wrapped in those arms - safe from the bleakness of the presence and the uncertainty of the future. ‘Hold Off The Dawn’ is about that.
